About the role
- Vice President, Export & Agency Finance at Santander, focused on Asia Pacific transactions. Responsible for origination, structuring, and execution of MLA-supported financing.
Responsibilities
- Originate, structure, and execute Export & Agency Finance transactions
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders at main MLAs
- Prepare pitching materials, transaction proposals, and Term Sheets
- Negotiate loan documentation and liaise with relevant departments
- Provide support to product and coverage teams in Santander Asia.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant EAF experience.
- Solid knowledge of MLA-supported financing structures.
- Client facing experience in pitching and negotiations.
- Sound credit assessment skills.
- Established relationships with MLAs and ECAs in Asia.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Korean is a plus.
