About the role

  • Personnel Administrative Analyst managing e-Social, payroll collection, and compliance audits in a health institution. Supporting HR in all labor-related matters.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and operationalize activities related to personnel administration, such as e-Social, liaison with INSS and Conectividade Social (CEF).
  • Process payment of payroll taxes and contributions.
  • Respond to audits.
  • Analyze termination settlements and calculations.
  • Perform payroll closing.
  • Handle compliance inspections and employee-related matters.
  • Provide support to the immediate supervisor on matters pertaining to the area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of CLT (Brazilian Labor Law).
