About the role

  • Lead Global Learning Operations team at Sanofi to manage iLearn system administration services. Build relationships and participate in integration projects for a harmonized learning model.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a Global team responsible for managing the delivery of iLearn system administration services
  • Guarantee services delivery and support as per the SLA and agreed quality standards
  • Build, maintain and optimize iLearn Operations integrated team capabilities and processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with actors related to LMS and LxP management
  • Participate in iLearn and Edcast integration /evolution projects

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Learning Operations
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and good organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments
  • Project Management, process and workflow optimization, performance monitoring and CSOD tools knowledge
  • Master’s degree
  • Excellent English communication and writing, French or other languages in addition preferred.
