About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Representative overseeing new hire pre-boarding activities at Sanford Health. Managing interviews, documentation, and background checks in a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for working with talent acquisition representatives, talent advisors, employee health and candidates to ensure all required new hire pre-boarding activities are completed
  • Greet new employees during their pre-boarding appointment
  • Manage scheduling of interviews by working directly with candidates and interviewers
  • Review job profile against job requisition and candidate qualifications for compliance
  • Conduct primary source verification of license, registration, certification, and credentialing requirements

Requirements

  • Associate degree required or equivalent combination post-secondary education and relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or related experience preferred
  • Experience using recruitment processes and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or ability to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
