Business Analyst in Digital Engagement for Sandoz, analyzing requirements in ecommerce platforms like Drupal and Salesforce. Collaborating with teams to translate business needs into user stories.
Responsibilities
Analyses the business domain, documents its processes and systems, outlines business requirements
Write user stories, help on assessment of future user stories, analyse dependencies for Frontend-Backend, support bringing design requirements to Frontend/Backend DEV tickets and technical definition of acceptance criteria.
Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Work together with a product squad in delivering the Product Manager’s roadmap.
Coordinate and facilitate ongoing reviews of business processes ensuring security and compliance and developing optimization strategies.
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends
Work closely with development and QA teams during design, build, and testing phases to validate requirements.
Participate in the internal workshops and Product Board events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in any Information Technologies (IT) discipline, but IT Management Information Systems or Computer Systems Analyst discipline is most preferred
5+ years of prior work experience, and at least three to five years in a similar position.
Proficiency with workflow collaboration tools such as: Jira, Confluence, BaseCamp, Asana, Smart Sheets, or others that have the same functionality.
Proficient in standard end-user computing tools such as Google Applications, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio or equivalent
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with effective time management skills.
Detail oriented, analytical skills and problem solving.
Experience working with Scrum Master and developers for project backlog creation and maintenance
Experience in user stories writing, user stories grooming, backlog creation and maintenance, design discussions
Experience in scrum ceremonies, including sprint kickoffs, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint review/retrospectives, and (as applicable) end-of-sprint demos.
English proficiency, other languages are a plus.
