Responsibilities
Lead and manage an eCommerce Analytics team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Collaborate with senior leaders to design and execute the analytics roadmap
Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations
Build and manage a robust analytics framework to track key performance indicators
Oversee the creation of data models and analytical solutions to extract actionable insights
Conduct in-depth analysis on consumer behaviors and other business-critical metrics
Drive the development of eCommerce insights to inform strategic decisions
Apply statistical and machine learning techniques for hypothesis testing and regression analysis
Oversee A/B testing and experimentation frameworks for optimizing consumer experience
Requirements
10+ years of related experience in digital & eCommerce analytics
At least 4 years managing multi-touch attribution (MTA) measurement frameworks
Master’s degree in business, data science or a related field with 7+ years’ experience in e-commerce, consumer electronics or management consulting
Proven leadership experience in managing and developing analytical talent within a matrix organization
Strong technical expertise in Tableau/SQL and well-verse with Adobe Analytics and Google Cloud Platform
Hands-on experience building multi-dimensional customer segmentation models (K-Means, RFM, Behavioral and Geographics)
Proficiency in developing custom reports and advanced segments for interpreting findings
Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis using Excel and Tableau
