- Planning, controlling and monitoring cleaning processes
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the cleaning team

- Development and implementation of optimization measures to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a leadership role within building cleaning
- Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with CAFM systems
- Driving licence (category B)
- Hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach
- Organizational talent and sense of responsibility
