About the role

  • Plan, coordinate and monitor cleaning processes
  • Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to the cleaning team
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards as well as the scope of services
  • Responsible for inventory management and budget administration
  • Work closely with clients, colleagues and partners
  • Develop and implement optimization measures to improve efficiency

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of managerial experience in commercial/building cleaning
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with CAFM Systems
  • Valid driving licence (category B)
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
  • Organizational talent and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and service orientation
