Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and monitor cleaning processes
Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to the cleaning team
Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards as well as the scope of services
Responsible for inventory management and budget administration
Work closely with clients, colleagues and partners
Develop and implement optimization measures to improve efficiency
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification
Several years of managerial experience in commercial/building cleaning
Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with CAFM Systems
Valid driving licence (category B)
Hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
Organizational talent and a strong sense of responsibility
