About the role
- Plan, coordinate and monitor cleaning processes
- Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to the cleaning team
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards as well as the scope of services
- Responsible for inventory management and budget administration
- Work closely with clients, colleagues and partners
- Develop and implement optimization measures to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of managerial experience in commercial/building cleaning
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with CAFM Systems
- Valid driving licence (category B)
- Hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Organizational talent and a strong sense of responsibility
- Entrepreneurial thinking and service orientation
