Responsibilities
Oversee project delivery, ensure compliance with company policies, and represent the organisation professionally.
Manage pre-contract activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure site inductions and documentation are completed.
Review and communicate design details, monitor progress against targets, and identify specialist requirements.
Coordinate meetings, share updates, and ensure actions are completed to keep projects on track.
Maintain and update safety documentation, monitor compliance on-site, and ensure training and welfare standards are met.
Develop and manage project programmes, organise resources, and address progress issues proactively.
Monitor budgets and margins, manage variations and risks, and support pricing for new tenders.
Coordinate subcontractors, validate methods of work, and ensure activities align with project timelines.
Oversee inspections, handover presentations, and ensure all certification and documentation are delivered.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels internally and externally.
Excellent customer relationship and service orientation, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients.
Highly organised and detail-focused, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Technical understanding of project activities, enabling effective oversight from bidding through to execution.
Collaborative and proactive, able to work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.
Site/Project management experience – ideally over 3 years.
M&E qualification or background.
CDM awareness.
Project management qualification - desirable.
