About the role

  • Customer Success Manager enhancing Salonkee’s growth by focusing on client retention and upselling digital solutions. Liaising with German speaking salons to demonstrate software value and address specific needs.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison for our German speaking clients, focusing on retaining salons by demonstrating the continuous value of integrating Salonkee's solutions into their operations.
  • Identify opportunities to upgrade existing clients to more comprehensive packages and introduce them to our payment services, and additional functionalities
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Salonkee’s software to provide expert guidance on its extensive features and benefits
  • Systematically collect and channel client feedback to our product development team to refine and enhance our offerings, ensuring our solutions align with market needs and client expectations.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate clients on the full capabilities of Salonkee's software, reinforcing the value it adds to their business.
  • Proactively identify any potential risks that might affect client satisfaction or engagement and address these issues promptly to maintain high client retention rates.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English is required as well as French or Dutch
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Adept at working with software platforms, with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate client issues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • High energy, motivated, and excited about driving growth and achieving results.
  • A love for numbers and growth, with the ability to translate data-driven insights into strategic actions.
