- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, analyzing variances against budget and forecast.
- Present financial findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field or equivalent experience
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Finance, with at least 5 years specifically in a Marketing Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leadership role.
- Proven experience managing a team of 5 or more finance professionals, ideally a team of 10 or more.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced skills in Excel and experience with enterprise-level ERP and financial planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan).
