About the role
- Junior Consultant Academy focusing on Salesforce Onboarding and professional development. Collaborating with internal experts to enhance training formats and employee journeys.
Responsibilities
- Independently take responsibility for the operational onboarding management of new consultants
- Plan and organize internal events as part of talent development (e.g., workshops, job-shadowing, online trainings)
- Continuously optimize and further develop our onboarding and employee development journey
- Build and maintain close, trust-based relationships with employees at all levels and act as a point of contact for development topics
- Support the organization of internal and external trainings
- Develop training formats for various Salesforce Clouds and topic areas together with internal specialists
- Plan, conduct and evaluate training measures in line with defined learning objectives
- Assess the success of development plans and support employees in using learning offerings
- Deliver internal and external training sessions
- Teach practical consulting, project management and social skills
Requirements
- 1–2 years of practical experience in consulting, project work or in a training/education environment
- Strong motivation to learn new topics and to share knowledge in a structured way
- Ability to inspire others about new — including technical — topics
- Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills and an open, outgoing personality
- Mentoring skills and enjoyment of working with people
- Excellent German and English skills
- Salesforce experience is desirable but not required.
