About the role

  • Junior Consultant Academy focusing on Salesforce Onboarding and professional development. Collaborating with internal experts to enhance training formats and employee journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Independently take responsibility for the operational onboarding management of new consultants
  • Plan and organize internal events as part of talent development (e.g., workshops, job-shadowing, online trainings)
  • Continuously optimize and further develop our onboarding and employee development journey
  • Build and maintain close, trust-based relationships with employees at all levels and act as a point of contact for development topics
  • Support the organization of internal and external trainings
  • Develop training formats for various Salesforce Clouds and topic areas together with internal specialists
  • Plan, conduct and evaluate training measures in line with defined learning objectives
  • Assess the success of development plans and support employees in using learning offerings
  • Deliver internal and external training sessions
  • Teach practical consulting, project management and social skills

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of practical experience in consulting, project work or in a training/education environment
  • Strong motivation to learn new topics and to share knowledge in a structured way
  • Ability to inspire others about new — including technical — topics
  • Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills and an open, outgoing personality
  • Mentoring skills and enjoyment of working with people
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Salesforce experience is desirable but not required.
