Responsibilities
Independently take responsibility for the operational onboarding management of new consultants
Plan and organize internal events as part of talent development (e.g., workshops, job-shadowing, online trainings)
Continuously optimize and further develop our onboarding and employee development journey
Build and maintain close, trust-based relationships with employees at all levels and act as a point of contact for development topics
Support the organization of internal and external trainings
Develop training formats for various Salesforce Clouds and topic areas together with internal specialists
Plan, conduct and evaluate training measures in line with defined learning objectives
Assess the success of development plans and support employees in using learning offerings
Deliver internal and external training sessions
Teach practical consulting, project management and social skills
Requirements
1–2 years of practical experience in consulting, project work or in a training/education environment
Strong motivation to learn new topics and to share knowledge in a structured way
Ability to inspire others about new — including technical — topics
Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills and an open, outgoing personality
Mentoring skills and enjoyment of working with people
Excellent German and English skills
Salesforce experience is desirable but not required.
