About the role

Responsibilities
- End to end responsibility to efficiently manage online data collection projects for multiple accounts
- Execute flawlessly multiple research projects independently at different phases from sale to delivery
- Be the point of contact for clients, internal teams and vendors
- Review project specs and research design for fielding and data collection
- Continuously monitor project elements, anticipate/identify potential problems and manage to resolution
- Manage external vendors and partners to meet project timeline and budget qualifications
- Communicate with clients and internal teams throughout the project cycle to provide project updates, recommendations, and liaise with senior staff on any issues
- Work within company systems effectively throughout the life cycle of the project
- Work collaboratively with clients to provide timely updates on progress of the project
- Deploy samples, coordinate with vendors, and monitor throughout the field to ensure completion on schedule
- Respond quickly to unanticipated or urgent issues and manage to resolution; escalating as appropriate
- Collaboration and support internal and external teams in coding, analysis, reporting
- Validation and preparing of data deliveries
- Meet client’s timeline expectations and highest quality of data deliverables
Requirements
- German language proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written)
- 4+ years of experience working in a market research environment or combined PM experience
- Experience with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, multi-mode methodology, is a plus.
- Experience in DIY survey tools and/or panel software usage is a plus
