Responsibilities
Coordinate financial routines, ensuring correct execution of processes
Lead financial process improvement projects, working cross-functionally with areas such as Accounting, Controllership, Treasury, Tax, and IT
Apply continuous improvement concepts, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains, cost reduction, productivity increases, and risk mitigation
Use project management methodologies (traditional and agile), ensuring: definition of scope, deadlines and resources, monitoring of schedules, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Serve as functional reference for SAP, including: supporting operation of financial modules, participating in improvement, automation, or implementation projects, and interfacing with IT teams and consultants
Support digital transformation initiatives, financial automation, and process standardization
Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs), proposing action plans when necessary
Coordinate and develop the team, promoting a collaborative, results-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial roles, with emphasis on team leadership and routine treasury operations
Technical Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Excel
Strong knowledge of project management and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM, etc.). Six Sigma certification is a plus
