Responsibilities

Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration.
Promote a collaborative and solution-oriented environment where ideas and best practices are shared.
Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance requirements are met.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are managed and project outcomes are achieved.
Work both independently and within a team structure to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Requirements
Project Management qualification or certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.)
5+ years’ experience managing IT or technology projects
Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder software implementations
Solid understanding of project management tools (MS Projects, Jira, etc.)
Knowledge of methodologies like Agile, Prince2, PMBOK, or MS Solutions Framework
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you build trust and collaboration naturally
Experience in the Insurance or InsurTech industry is a definite plus.
