Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality targets are met
- Drive alignment across business functions, IT, external partners, and senior stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, roadmaps, and deliverables
- Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and decision-making processes
- Manage risks, dependencies, and project reporting to leadership
- Ensure strong change management, communication, and global adoption of digital solutions
- Contribute actively to our digital strategy, ways of working, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Min. 7 years experience in leading large-scale commercial or digital projects, ideally within global MedTech, Healthcare or B2B environment
- Exceptional project leadership skills with a track record of cross-functional influence and execution, delivering on time and within scope
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and influence cross-functional teams across geographies
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as Salesforce.com, LMS systems, Content Management System and similar tools is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Master’s degree or MBA degree in a business-related field required.
