About the role

  • Financial Analyst ensuring efficiency of financial and administrative processes in the Cascavel office. Responsibilities include managing finances, supplier relationships, and team support.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the organization, flow and efficiency of financial, administrative and team support processes;
  • Ensure the office operates with excellence;
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions;
  • Execute and organize the accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows;
  • Handle billing and support the closing of financial results (income statement / DRE);
  • Manage employee benefits purchases and support payroll;
  • Control office inventory, supplies and maintenance requests;
  • Obtain quotations, negotiate and contract services;
  • Manage service providers and ensure proper execution;

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with financial routines (cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, income statement);
  • Experience with administrative routines and office maintenance;
  • Issuing invoices;
  • Experience with Banco Inter or other digital banks;
  • Experience with quotations and estimates;
  • Knowledge of billing and bank reconciliation.
