About the role

  • Senior Finance Analyst at Reckitt overseeing financial health in supply chain and procurement. Responsible for budgets and cost-saving initiatives in a dynamic finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Connect Supply and Commercial: translate the financial impacts of supply operations into clear, relevant information to support commercial and brand decisions.
  • Pricing and profitability support: collaborate with the Commercial area to define prices, margins and promotions, ensuring strategies are backed by robust financial analysis for the brands.
  • Cost management and efficiency: monitor supply chain costs and propose improvements that increase operational efficiency without compromising customer service.
  • Integrated planning: participate in the financial and operational planning process, ensuring demand, production and sales forecasts are aligned and support business objectives.
  • Analysis and reporting: develop reports and KPIs that provide visibility into the financial impact of commercial and supply decisions, facilitating leadership decision-making.
  • Financial oversight of the implementation of one of the largest LatAm projects in recent years.
  • Serve as the focal point for understanding brand costs for CEOs and Chief Financial Officers (LatAm and country-level).
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team to understand constraints, costs and optimization opportunities.
  • Support the Commercial team with financial feasibility analyses for new business, campaigns and customer negotiations.
  • Act as a facilitator in cross-functional communication, ensuring the financial impact of decisions is considered in an integrated manner.
  • Monitor cost effects after the separation between Reckitt and Essential Home (Vestacy).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields;
  • Availability to work hybrid from our office on Av. Raposo Tavares, São Paulo;
  • Knowledge of corporate finance: cost analysis, margins, profitability and pricing;
  • Proficiency in analytical tools: advanced Excel, Power BI, ERP (SAP, Oracle or similar);
  • Understanding of Supply Chain: logistics, demand planning, inventory management and operational costs;
  • Advanced English: for interaction with global reports and international stakeholders;
  • Clear and assertive communication: translate financial data into understandable insights for commercial and operational teams;
  • Negotiation skills: support discussions on pricing, margins and commercial terms based on financial analysis;
  • Strategic vision: see beyond the numbers, connecting financial impacts to business goals;
  • Resilience and adaptability: handle dynamic environments, demand changes and market pressures;
  • Results orientation: focus on efficiency and profitability.
