Principal Program Cost Controls Finance Analyst at RTX providing financial analysis and driving process adherence. Collaborating with multi-functional teams to ensure successful execution of contracts and manage financial risks.
Responsibilities
Cost/schedule control and analysis, forecasting, estimate-at-completion (EAC), variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting for a set of assigned programs.
Frequent collaboration with the Program Manager, and CAM’s/IPTLs, Material Program Managers, and Mission Area PMO/Finance.
Personal involvement in the successful execution of contracts.
Drive the finance process for a set of programs to influence processes related to EVM policies and procedures and ensure we adhere to them with regards to BOM traceability, production labor, and production support labor.
Actively identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects.
Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis will be required as well.
Requirements
A University Degree or equivalent experience
minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience with Microsoft Office (advanced excel skillset)
