About the role
- Enterprise Classified Cloud Services Leader at RTX, directing operations and implementation of classified cloud environments. Collaborating across functions to ensure secure and compliant cloud services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operational delivery of classified cloud services, scaling to oversee multiple teams as the organization grows
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technical, leadership, and functional roles to align cloud operations with business objectives
- Contribute to the strategic direction for deploying and operating secure cloud environments across multiple classification levels
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements and maintain the integrity of classified cloud services
- Optimize cloud services for cost efficiency through FinOps and other cost management practices
- Serve as a subject matter expert for best practices in classified cloud operations
- Manage stakeholder expectations, resource fluctuations, shifting priorities, and roadmap dependencies
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external standards such as NIST 800-53 and CMMC
- Work within Agile teams to achieve product goals and deliverables
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience
- 5+ years managing classified digital technology environments
- 3+ years experience managing and leading teams
- Experience managing digital technology services for users in classified environments
- Experience managing cloud services in Microsoft Azure or AWS
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
