About the role

  • Leading digital transformation initiatives as Associate Director at Pratt & Whitney while managing the ARC Council for automation efforts. Overseeing multi-site digital capability maturation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • leading the effort to modernize our factories digital footprint in support of CORE maturation by way of the RTX Lighthouse initiative.
  • managing the ARC Council.
  • socialize and share the ideation, development & execution of standard digital products.
  • ensure robust project plans are in place to execute the lighthouse vision.
  • communicate at all levels within RTX and Pratt & Whitney, as well as externally.
  • meeting all Environmental Health & Safety and Preventative Maintenance requirements associated with manufacturing development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Industrial electrical engineering, Computer/Software engineering, Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline and minimum 12 years’ experience in automated systems in manufacturing environments, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years’ experience.
  • Technical proficiency in Complex Manufacturing activities.
  • Knowledge of Digital thread, IioT, MBDMI, NC programming, PLM, CAM, NX, Team Center, Solumina G7, SAP and related systems.
  • 20% travel required.
