About the role

  • Workday Security Administrator ensuring secure access across HCM modules. Act as subject-matter expert, strengthen controls, and enable business operations through security design.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Workday Security subject‑matter expert
  • Own and execute Workday security controls related to SOX and internal/external audits
  • Initiate and lead conversations with stakeholders to understand access needs
  • Design, implement, and maintain role‑based and domain security
  • Partner closely with Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams
  • Provide expert analysis of security configuration
  • Support Workday reporting and integration security

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Deep expertise and a proven record of success in Workday Security
  • Extensive experience designing and maintaining role‑based security models within Workday
  • Proven experience supporting SOX controls, internal audits, and external audits
  • Ability to translate business and functional requirements into secure technical solutions
  • Effective communication skills to articulate security strategy, risk, and compliance requirements
  • Workday Security Certifications are a plus
