About the role

Responsibilities
- Occupational Safety Technician responsible for promoting occupational health and safety, ensuring employee well‑being and compliance with applicable legislation.
- Implement, monitor and ensure compliance with Safety and Occupational Health (SST) standards, in accordance with current legislation.
- Prepare, review and keep up to date legal programs such as PGR/LTCAT, PCMSO and PPP, when applicable.
- Conduct risk analyses, safety inspections and workplace assessments, proposing preventive improvements.
- Support and develop initiatives focused on accident prevention, ergonomics and occupational health promotion.
- Deliver mandatory training and awareness campaigns, including Regulatory Standards (NRs), SIPAT, new hire onboarding, among others.
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, preparing reports and proposing corrective and preventive action plans.
- Support the HR/People team on matters related to medical leaves, issuing CAT, monitoring medical examinations and liaising with the National Social Security Institute (INSS).
- Monitor and track OHS/SST indicators, preparing reports and analyses to support decision-making.
- Contribute to initiatives related to ESG, employee well-being and quality of work life.
- Provide support for administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Completed technical qualification in Occupational Safety (Safety Technician) with active professional registration.
- Previous experience in the area, preferably in corporate or administrative environments.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and labor and social security legislation applicable to OHS/SST.
