About the role
- Senior Associate handling Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure focusing on VMware, Active Directory, and enterprise storage solutions. Collaborating with client IT teams to optimize and troubleshoot deployments.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper‑V environments
- Assist with net-new deployments and migrations of VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix and Scale Computing clusters
- Administer and support Active Directory services (AD DS, DNS, Group Policy, replication, authentication issues)
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Certificate Authorities / PKI, including certificate issuance, renewals, trust issues
- Diagnose and remediate storage-related issues involving NetApp and other SAN/NAS platforms
- Support Veeam environments, addressing backup failures, repository issues
- Assist with infrastructure assessments and remediation efforts
- Execute upgrades, fixes, and configuration changes under the guidance of senior engineers
- Produce clear, client-ready technical documentation and findings summaries
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or technical consulting
- Hands-on experience supporting VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V
- Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
- Certificate Authorities / PKI
- Veeam Backup & Replication
- Working knowledge of enterprise storage platforms (NetApp experience preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across identity, virtualization, and storage layers
- Ability to communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field OR an Associate’s degree (AA/AS) with equivalent practical experience
