Responsibilities
- Leading redesign and optimisation of credit risk processes.
- Driving SAP Credit Management enhancements and workflow improvements.
- Managing portfolio re ‑ segmentation and applying updated risk criteria.
- Leading data standardisation and clean ‑ up across the AR portfolio.
- Developing future ‑ state process documentation and workflow design.
- Reporting progress, risks and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Credit Risk, Credit Operations or Accounts Receivable.
- Demonstratable understanding of Order to Cash processes, credit policies and process design.
- Analytical skills, able to translate data into insights.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel/ Analytics tools (experience with automation tools is a plus).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across regions.
- Fluent written and verbal English with a strategic mindset, focussed on continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
