Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service across all channels, meeting orders and enquiry needs
  • Keep customers informed of order or enquiry updates in a professional and courteous manner
  • Support sales targets by collaborating with the sales team and performing value-added activities
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct
  • Identify customer needs and opportunities to grow the business through a high-touch approach
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to improving business processes and policies using continuous improvement methods
  • Support the customer service team in meeting and maintaining customer expectations
  • Maintain and update customer information accurately in SAP

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
