Responsibilities
Purchasing and ordering of technical products and services
Communication and collaboration with the sales team, planning/dispatch, and management
Controlling of orders, goods receipts, invoices, prices and delivery times
Quality monitoring as well as negotiating orders and quotes with suppliers and service providers
Monitoring procurement processes, product availability and inventory levels
Maintenance of price lists and master data
Cooperative collaboration with international suppliers and service providers in German and English
Requirements
Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
Relevant professional experience in purchasing, preferably in a medium-sized company
Strong communication skills, analytical ability and an entrepreneurial mindset
Careful, structured and independent working style
Team player, committed and loyal
Confident user of MS Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems desired
Very good German skills, good English skills
