Responsibilities
You are responsible for customer satisfaction, the customer experience and sales in the store, as well as for ensuring the smooth operation of all processes
You ensure professional customer advice and maintain internal communication within the store and with all relevant interfaces
You lead by example in sales and develop your team through coaching and training
You act as a brand ambassador for ROSE and serve as a motivator for the team
You work together with the Retail team to further develop and continuously optimize the store concept
Requirements
Relevant degree, Handelsfachwirt (certified retail specialist) or a comparable commercial qualification with a focus on retail
Several years of leadership experience and professional experience in retail
Willingness to work and a high level of self-motivation
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills and commercial/entrepreneurial thinking
Very good command of English, written and spoken, is required
German language skills are an advantage
Flexibility and willingness to work, including weekends
