Responsibilities
Strategic market development with the goal of positioning ROSE Bikes as a solutions provider for urban mobility in the target audience's relevant set
Evaluation of product potential for the ROSE brand based on competitor and benchmarking analyses
Execution and oversight of the (further) development of new ROSE products in the Mobility Solutions segment with the aim of achieving a consistent brand architecture
Leadership of the Brand Management – Urban Mobility team
Creation of rolling annual and monthly plans based on company objectives, volume targets, price points and target margins
Regular analyses and reporting to measure success and derive targeted actions across the product lifecycle
Definition of target markets and target groups in collaboration with Brand Marketing
Definition and application of a consistent brand voice and visual identity in collaboration with Brand, Content and Communication
Requirements
Completed commercial training or degree
Several years of experience in the bike industry
Enthusiasm for new mobility topics
Initial leadership experience is desirable
Analytical thinking, conceptual and strategic skills
Resilience, team spirit and a willingness to innovate
