About the role

  • Junior Recruitment Analyst responsible for conducting end-to-end selection processes while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Working in a hybrid setting in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Align job profiles with hiring managers and leadership
  • Screen resumes and actively source candidates
  • Conduct competency-based interviews
  • Administer and monitor technical and behavioral assessments
  • Efficiently manage the candidate pipeline with organization and agility
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Support the development of talent attraction strategies
  • Maintain and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, etc.).

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection, both online and in-person
  • Experience administering assessments (behavioral and technical)
  • Familiarity with job platforms (LinkedIn and similar)
  • Knowledge of competency-based interview techniques
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo (SP).
