Responsibilities
Lead Group Finance SSC — strategy, delivery, performance & people
Oversee the three core process areas: PTP, OTC, RTR + Process Optimization
Build a scalable operating model that supports rapid growth and new business lines
Shorten month-end close and elevate accuracy and transparency of financial data
Strengthen internal controls and ensure audit readiness across all countries
Set KPIs and SLAs and hold leaders accountable for results
Partner with CFO and Country Finance Directors to improve cost-to-serve and service levels
Build leadership succession and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
Act as a visible change leader — helping teams adopt smarter ways of working
Manage SSC budget and continuously increase productivity and efficiency improvements.
Requirements
University degree in Finance/Accounting (ACCA/CPA is a plus)
Extensive experience in finance operations / SSC / Business Services
Experience leading multi-layer teams in an international environment
Strong expertise in finance with ideally at least one core process area (PTP / OTC / RTR)
Knowledge of major ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, etc.)
Proven transformation experience — process standardization, automation
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Data-driven & improvement mindset and structured problem-solving
Fluent English & Czech (other European languages are a plus).
