Group ESG Manager at Rohlik leading the sustainability agenda across five markets in Europe. Directly influencing decisions with top leadership while embedding ESG into operations.
Responsibilities
Lead the Group ESG strategy, aligned with EU legislation and Rohlik’s growth ambitions
Own compliance with CSRD, CSDDD, EUDR and upcoming ESG regulations
Set ESG priorities, KPIs and targets (carbon footprint, circularity, supply chain, people)
Prepare ESG reporting and regular updates for the Board and Executive Team
Build and maintain ESG risk registers and support internal and external audits
Partner with Procurement, Operations, HR, IT, Legal and Finance to embed ESG into daily practice
Lead decarbonisation initiatives (fleet transition, energy efficiency, renewables)
Oversee responsible sourcing and supplier due diligence
Drive innovation in packaging, food waste reduction and circular solutions
Build ESG awareness through internal communication and training
Requirements
Background in ESG, sustainability, finance or environmental sciences
Solid experience in ESG / sustainability (retail, FMCG or logistics is a plus)
Strong knowledge of EU ESG regulation (CSRD, CSDDD, EUDR)
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change through collaboration
Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment
Strong analytical, communication and project management skills
Commercial mindset — you understand how sustainability creates business value
Fluency in English (Czech or German is a plus).
