Prospect new Commercial Representatives (B2B, B2C and B2B2C)
Manage a portfolio of Commercial Representatives
Administer and retain a client portfolio
Plan commercial actions, monitor results and achieve targets
Support the commercial routines of your network
Continuously relate to and train the linked network
Lead the linked commercial network
Conduct commercial operations
Provide commercial support to the linked network
Frequently visit Commercial Representatives in your portfolio
Motivate the linked network to deliver results
Maintain delivery quality and client satisfaction
Seek out and manage large operations
Reinforce the brand image in institutional contacts
Be available for frequent travel
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree completed.
Required knowledge: Microsoft Office at intermediate level, with strong Excel skills; negotiation techniques.
Skills and competencies: Strong verbal and written communication; proactivity; teamwork; commercial management; confidence in public speaking; ability to prospect and develop new partners.
Additional requirements: Own vehicle and availability to travel.
Differential: Experience in external sales in the consórcio (consortium) market.
