Responsibilities
Prospect and identify new partners interested in selling our products and services (consortia, insurance, refinancing, and others).
Plan and execute commercial strategies to drive results in the region.
Develop a consistent pipeline of new business with partners' clients.
Strengthen relationships with customers and partners, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
Achieve commercial and revenue targets, always aligned with Rodobens' strategic guidelines.
Monitor performance indicators and report results to leadership.
Represent Rodobens at events, meetings, and negotiations, acting as a true brand ambassador.
Promote the company's corporate image, reinforcing our pillars and values with excellence.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree (completed).
Skills: Communication, proactivity, teamwork, commercial management, and ease with public speaking; prospecting new partners.
Required knowledge: Intermediate Microsoft Office, strong command of Excel; negotiation techniques.
Preferred: Commercial experience with outside/field sales.
Own vehicle, availability to travel, and valid driver's license.
