Responsibilities
Provide commercial support to the local representatives portfolio, fostering relationships, delivering training, monitoring sales, promoting sales-generating initiatives, and managing commercial activities.
Manage a client portfolio.
Support the commercial routines at points of sale.
Ensure customer retention and prospect new points of sale.
Assist in sales negotiations and closings.
Focus on expanding the representatives portfolio through onboarding new partners: prospecting, selection, training, activation, etc.
Train partner teams, keeping the commercial team up to date on products and campaigns.
Contribute to the motivation and engagement of the commercial team.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Required knowledge: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, strong proficiency in Excel; negotiation techniques; basic financial mathematics.
Skills: Communication, proactivity, teamwork, commercial management, and ease with public speaking; partner prospecting.
Own vehicle and availability to travel.
Experience in sales or commercial roles.
