About the role

  • Global Operations Analyst managing Customer Data and Sales Insights for Rockwell Automation. Supporting data management, processes, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders and distributors.

Responsibilities

  • Work with distributors to collect required data and ensure validation to avoid discrepancies.
  • Manage Point of Sale data through cleansing, extracting, and mapping according to established processes.
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis to identify gaps and resolve issues aligned with data requirements.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend enhancements to systems and processes to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and requests, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; in lieu of degree, 1–4 years of experience in data management and process improvement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience with CRM technology and database management.
  • Familiarity or background in SAP CRM.
  • Demonstrated analytical, process, and project management skills with problem-solving aptitude.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support or working with third-party vendors.
