EPC & Large Project Pursuit Manager leading sales and development of industrial automation projects across Southeast Asia. Shape executive relationships and strategies with Engineering, Procurement & Construction firms.
Responsibilities
Develop account strategies for named EPCs, supporting engagement at the C-suite and senior management levels to influence technology adoption and project specifications.
Lead the pursuit of large, multi-million-dollar projects—either through EPCs or directly with main end-users—by creating compelling value propositions and win strategies.
Partner with Rockwell teams, industry specialists, and leaders to align resources and provide tailored, multi-product solutions.
Track major project developments, build a qualified opportunity funnel, and maintain visibility of pursuits through disciplined use of our SalesForce Automation (SFA) tools.
Develop understanding of EPC business models, build trusted relationships with main decision-makers, and position Rockwell as the lowest-risk, highest-value supplier.
Engage early in project lifecycles (e.g., FEED studies), shape specifications, and increase adoption of Rockwell's full portfolio including safety, cybersecurity, lifecycle services, and remote support.
Requirements
More than 15 years' experience in sales or business development within EPCs, automation, or turnkey solution environments.
Experience closing large deals and managing strategic accounts.
Experience working across global and local teams.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, IT, or Business.
