Responsibilities
Active contribution to the strategic development of the Study Entry and Orientation Phase (STEOP)
Foster increased student engagement and positive identification with their degree program, and promote an active approach to studying
Derive higher-education didactic measures based on existing analyses (STEOP analyses, bachelor surveys, etc.)
Develop a tailored higher-education didactics training program for instructors of the Study Entry and Orientation Phase
Promote exchange of good practice among instructors of the Study Entry and Orientation Phase (STEOP)
Independently organize university-wide events to further develop the STEOP
Act as a central liaison with relevant units (Studienstart Plus, STEOP mentoring)
Requirements
Completed Master's or Diploma degree
Knowledge of higher education didactics (demonstrable, for example, by a certificate or comparable experience)
Excellent German (at least C1) and very good English (at least B2)
Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Desirable: university teaching experience
Completed doctoral degree
Experience in educational management, adult education, and/or coordination tasks
Experience with Confluence Wiki, Moodle (including the Moodle-based continuing-education platform u:rise) and TYPO3
If not already familiar with these tools, willingness to quickly familiarize yourself is expected
