About the role
- Entry-level SEO & Content Associate creating and optimizing SEO-led content for clients at an agency. Collaborate with teams and learn from industry professionals in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Write, optimize and publish SEO-led content (blogs, guides, landing pages, FAQs)
- Implement SEO briefs, including keywords, angles, page structure and internal linking.
- Refresh and repurpose existing content across the website and wider channels.
- Support on-page optimisations aligned to technical and off-page activity.
- Conduct keyword research using tools such as GSC, Ahrefs and Semrush.
- Map keywords to appropriate content types and business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities through content, keyword targeting and gap analysis.
- Track and monitor SEO performance including rankings, impressions, clicks and engagement.
- Produce regular reports, insights and presentations for internal teams and clients.
- Analyse SERPs and competitors to assess content quality, depth, format and media use.
- Assist with technical SEO audits and analysis.
Requirements
- Up to 1 year of experience in an SEO or content-focused role (including internships, placements, side projects or personal websites)
- Some understanding of technical, on page, off-page & content SEO tactics
- Experience in an agency or already working on your own blog or websites
- Good ability to story tell and pull out the right stats/data to back up your points
- Strong knowledge of Google apps (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drives etc)
- Business writing skills and ability to produce reports
- Content writing skills for the web
