• Finance Manager at Blue Bottle Coffee overseeing accounting operations and compliance. Ensuring financial integrity while managing treasury and supporting business growth in South Korea.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEC activities and ensure the timely preparation and distribution of financial statements
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct material variance analysis to support internal and external stakeholders
• Consolidate monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Act as a key person for local statutory audits and tax-related matters
• Support business needs by driving ad-hoc accounting project implementation
• Manage Treasury including cash forecasting
• Support the FP&A process through analysis, reporting, and business partnering
• Drive ad hoc accounting projects, process improvements, and other business-critical finance initiatives

Requirements

• 10+ years of accounting experience at a multinational company
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
• Experience using Netsuite, Adaptive, Coupa, Concur, Microsoft Office, Google Suite
• Strong communication skills - including business-level English
• Experience working in a growth environment; retail or F&B industry is a strong plus!
• 2+ years of People Management experience is required
