About the role

  • Co-op Marketing Specialist assisting in the development and execution of go-to market strategies for Ricoh North America. Collaborating with teams to deliver strategic marketing projects using various skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the US Go-to-Market team to drive demand for Ricoh Print and Digital Services by helping to develop and execute campaign strategies
  • Provides project management support for demand generation and campaign reporting
  • Collects market and industry intelligence to inform key strategies
  • Researches and maintains target buyer personas
  • Audits and maps collateral to the buyer journey
  • Data cleansing, organization, and presentment to generate campaign and portfolio insights
  • Proactively works with Marketing, Sales, and Business units to develop sales enablement tools and resources
  • Collaborates with all stakeholders (cross-functionally) to design and implement required plans and processes to execute marketing activities
  • Assists with other marketing activities and assumes additional responsibilities as required

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited learning institution in pursuit of a business-related degree. Specialization in marketing, commerce, business analytics, strategy is preferred
  • Must have previous employment or co-op placement experience in an office environment
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills and great work ethic
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks through to completion under own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proactively managing issues and challenges, while promoting open communication, teamwork and contributing to a positive work environment
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Nice to have: graphic design skills (Canva), data management and dashboard skills (Power BI).
  • Possesses a professional demeanor
