Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain ABAP programs, including Reports, Smartforms, Interfaces, Enhancements, and function modules.
- Customize and implement SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Debug and correct errors in existing technical objects.
- Participate in implementation projects, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives, providing technical input.
- Collaborate with functional areas (MM, SD, etc.) to understand requirements and translate them into ABAP solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (IDocs, RFCs, Webservices, APIs).
- Ensure development best practices, version control, and technical documentation.
- Perform unit testing and support integration testing and UAT.
- Assess the impact of changes and support production fixes.
Requirements
- Knowledge of: Reports (ALV, classical and OO), Enhancements (User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Points), Forms (Smartforms, Adobe Forms), IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, advanced debugging, performance tuning.
- Experience with SAP ECC.
- Understanding of related functional modules.
- Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
