- Manage mailings and the product acquisition funnels in the contracting journey via WhatsApp (with or without consultant interaction);
- Provide proper guidance and management to analysts under your supervision, maintaining a healthy team environment and ensuring consistent delivery of strategic payroll-loan projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Proven experience driving channel performance;
- Experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or financial retail is a plus;
- Knowledge of data extraction tools (SQL, Databricks, etc.);
- Analytical skills and strategic vision to propose data-driven solutions.
