Responsibilities
Lead the Information Security strategy team responsible for the Blue Team, Red Team and SecOps teams.
Ensure appropriate use of resources, management of issues, dependencies and risks throughout the lifecycle of projects and initiatives, and compliance with methodologies, plans and budgets.
Responsible for budget management, from defining budgets and leading negotiations with the procurement team to processing payments and monitoring services and resources to ensure budget execution in line with the company’s plan and guidelines.
Manage day-to-day activities with the teams, ensuring alignment, direction and support whenever necessary.
Lead your team members, acting as a point of support in times of need, assisting them in daily tasks and, above all, supporting the individual career development of each team member.
Maintain effective interaction and communication with Tech and other business areas.
Requirements
Experience in the Information Security discipline, with at least 2 years in a security leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related IT fields.
Specialization through an MBA or postgraduate studies.
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CEH, CISM and related credentials.
Language: Advanced English.
Courses and specialization in project management, security technologies and cloud environments.
Advanced knowledge of frameworks and methodologies such as CSA, CIS Controls, NIST CSF, and MITRE ATT&CK.
Definition of Information Security processes following industry best practices.
Security solutions for network and endpoint protection and detection.
Zero Trust approaches.
Operating systems.
Offensive and defensive techniques.
Networking and network architecture, infrastructure and applications.
Experience in: multidisciplinary teams; 24x7 operations; regulated sectors; incident response; independent cybersecurity audits and assessments; operational processes and sustainment of tools; people management; budgetary/financial management.
