About the role

  • Analista Administrativo Comercial Pleno em empresa líder de produtos refratários. Foco em planejamento de pedidos, interface com vendas e logística, e análise de contratos.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor orders with the sales team, aligning stock information, open orders, materials in transit, consumption and sales forecasts;
  • Act as an interface between sales, logistics, legal and customers, ensuring correct configuration of commercial contracts, orders, delivery schedules and compliance with commercial terms;
  • Analyze open orders, production delays, delivery discrepancies and supply chain impacts, proposing and following up on corrective actions;
  • Execute and control administrative and operational sales processes, including order creation and management, system records, master data and support for logistics and production workflows;
  • Support logistics and foreign trade operations, including tax and customs documentation, transfers between units, process follow-up and proof of delivery;
  • Issue, organize and verify fiscal documents, invoices, credit notes and monthly reconciliations of contracts, billing and inventory in transit;
  • Maintain active relationships with customers, managing communications, complaints, product returns and tracking processes through to resolution;
  • Manage receivables, credit analysis, financial limits, credit insurance and daily monitoring of accounts receivable, interfacing with sales and credit teams;
  • Consolidate and analyze consumption, stock, inventory and sales forecast data, supporting integrated planning (IBP), working capital (WC) targets and commercial decision-making;
  • Develop and structure analyses, reports and commercial intelligence, acting as a key user of IT solutions and contributing to continuous process improvements;
  • Support implementation of work plans, area procedures and the technical development of professionals, collaborating with teams across different seniority levels;
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards (QS9000 / ISO 9002) and company guidelines, including RHI Magnesita standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Foreign Trade or related fields;
  • Fluent Spanish and intermediate/advanced English;
  • Knowledge of Foreign Trade and international logistics processes;
  • Intermediate Excel;
  • Good communication, organization, analytical mindset and ability to work cross-functionally;
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
