About the role

  • Proposition Manager overseeing the digital channel strategy for small businesses at Reward Gateway. Focused on driving acquisition and optimizing user experience for scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine the go-to-market strategy for RGSB.
  • Drive digital acquisition, activation, and conversion through data-driven experimentation.
  • Partner with Product to continuously improve onboarding, user journeys, and product experience.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to reduce CAC, improve funnel efficiency, and strengthen messaging.
  • Use customer, market, and behavioural data to shape pricing, packaging, and roadmap priorities.
  • Own and grow the RGSB P&L, ensuring sustainable, scalable commercial performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in proposition management, digital product marketing, product-led growth (PLG), or commercial strategy.
  • Proven success owning or scaling a digital, self-serve, or e-commerce acquisition funnel, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong background in data analysis, experimentation, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Comfortable owning budgets, ROI models, unit economics, and commercial performance.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Sales.
  • Prior experience with small business markets, digital marketplaces, HR tech or SaaS is desirable.
  • Comfortable balancing strategy and execution in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
  • Strong understanding of revenue drivers, margin levers, and digital channel profitability.
  • Uses data, experiments, and insight to inform decisions and optimise performance.
  • Hands-on experience driving acquisition, activation, and conversion for self-serve channels.
  • Creates simple, intuitive experiences tailored to small business needs.
  • Partners seamlessly with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering.
  • Finds creative, scalable ways to fuel product-led growth.
  • Manages the end-to-end performance of the RGSB proposition with clarity and discipline.
