About the role
- Data Protection Correspondent supporting InnoHub Platform's compliance in data protection and AI. Engaging across jurisdictions to ensure adherence to regulations and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Implement Group data protection and AI compliance programs to meet compliance standards on the Platform.
- Ensure adherence to privacy & AI compliance-by-design and by-default principles across Platform solutions.
- Conduct privacy and AI risk analysis, legitimate interest assessments, ensuring quality in deliverables to meet Group standards.
- Develop and update Platform procedures in line with Group policies.
Requirements
- Qualified in technology law and/or professional certification in personal data protection and/or AI governance and compliance.
- Proven, stable experience in a role with significant exposure to personal data protection issues.
- Solid, up‑to‑date knowledge of regulations relating to Personal Data and Artificial Intelligence (including GDPR and the EU AI Act).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and oral).
