- Senior Salesforce Platform Analyst focused on building solutions in Salesforce and improving platform scalability using AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and build solutions directly in Salesforce (declarative-first)
- Improve how the platform behaves at scale
- Use AI to increase speed, quality, and clarity of your work
- Work across core GTM workflows (Lead → Opportunity → Q2C → Renewals), ensuring Salesforce is consistent, trusted, and scalable.
- Actively use tools like ChatGPT and Claude Code to analyze requirements, generate and refine solutions, improve documentation and reporting, identify edge cases and data issues faster.
- Own problems end-to-end (not just define them)
- Build scalable declarative solutions
- Improve data quality and reporting reliability
- Drive consistency across GTM processes
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience in a declarative-focused role
- Proven track record of building and delivering solutions directly in Salesforce
- Deep understanding of Flows, validation, reporting, and data models
- Experience improving data quality and platform consistency at scale
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) (Nice to Have)
- Experience in B2B SaaS / GTM environments (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to Quote-to-Cash processes (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence) (Nice to Have)
- Basic understanding of integrations and downstream data usage (Nice to Have)
