Responsibilities
First point of contact for private and business customers with technical queries
Communication with customers, technicians and market partners
Organizing and coordinating appointments for meter replacements
Maintaining meter readings and recording relevant data in our ERP system SAP S/4HANA
Independently handling customer requests or forwarding them to the appropriate department as needed
Providing customer service support — by phone and in person
Requirements
Enjoy interacting with people and working in a team
Empathy and enthusiasm for energy-related topics
Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally complemented by experience in customer service — preferably in the energy industry or a comparable sector
Service orientation, strong communication skills and solution-focused thinking
