About the role

Responsibilities
- Capture, structure, prioritize and document requirements from business units
- Contribute to process documentation and actively support analysis and optimization of existing business processes
- Support IT infrastructure activities, plan and document infrastructure projects, and accompany lifecycle management
- Work in data management, ensure data quality, maintain data models and support new data strategies
- Actively help shape the future field of Agentic AI, accompany pilot projects and develop concepts for the use of AI agents
Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a comparable degree
- Ideally, initial experience in process management, IT infrastructure and data management
- Strong interest in digital transformation, innovative technologies and Agentic AI
- Analytical thinking, structured working methods and enjoyment of complex interrelationships
- Communicative and able to work in a team within a dynamic, young environment with scope for creative input
